Diagnostics-led guidance for founders, executives, and pros who want steady energy, sleep, and sharp decision-making.

Measure

We start with a baseline: relevant lab results, sleep, HRV, and cognition. Then we decide what to change.

Integrate

When you have a doctor, trainer, nutritionist, or sleep specialist, I help align the plan.

Track

24/7 monitoring helps you see what is changing over time. Weekly self-tracking check-ins record your progress. These are separate from coaching calls, which take place every two weeks or monthly.

What Changes

You'll know what to change, in what order, and how your measures respond.

Afternoon crashes taper; reaction time variance tightens.

Deep/REM stabilize across travel and load.

Inflammation and cortisol patterns normalize.

Decision quality holds under pressure.

Client discretion is paramount; therefore, all cases are anonymized. References are available upon request.

The process

How It Works

A clear, step-by-step process.

01

Private Baseline

Bloodwork, sleep architecture, recovery, cognition, and movement screens. We map where coherence is lost and what matters most.

02

90-Day Build (three four-week sprints)

The 90-day program is structured around three four-week sprints, with a review at the end of the program. We introduce one change at a time—light and daily routines, training, sleep, nutrition, travel, and recovery—and coordinate with your existing team if you have one.

03

Monitoring & Reviews

24/7 monitoring supports weekly self-tracking check-ins and coaching calls every two weeks or monthly. We review progress and repeat targeted tests at the end of the 90-day program. After the 90-day program, ongoing care includes coaching calls every two weeks or monthly and quarterly reviews with targeted repeat testing to guide the next priorities.

Measure first. Make changes next. Track the results.

Philosophy

"Nature does not hurry, yet everything is accomplished."

— Lao Tzu

Nature is the technology.

Light, rhythm, environment — set first.

Energy is the currency.

You don't need more hours; you need stable output across the hours you already spend.

Clarity is the method.

Measure, identify patterns, then make simple changes you can keep.

East + West, in order.

Light before labs. Rhythm before prescriptions. Breathing room before new supplements. When clinical tools help, we use them precisely.

Questions

FAQs

How much time does this take?

The initial evaluation takes 2.5–4 hours. During the 90-day program, you'll have weekly self-tracking check-ins and separate coaching calls every two weeks or monthly. Most changes fit into what you already do.

How are the 90 days structured?

The 90-day program is structured around three four-week sprints, with a review at the end of the program.

Are weekly check-ins the same as coaching calls?

Weekly self-tracking check-ins record your progress. These are separate from coaching calls, which take place every two weeks or monthly. Coaching calls take place every two weeks or monthly during the 90-day program. We review your data, set goals for the next sprint, and discuss plan modifications, additional testing, and referrals. Most importantly, you'll learn why the current priority matters and how to put it into practice.

What happens at the 90-day and quarterly reviews?

At the end of the 90-day program, and quarterly during ongoing care, we repeat the tests most relevant to the main constraint we're working to address—not every test for every client. These may include resting metabolic rate (RMR), VO2max, biomarkers, epigenetic testing, grip strength, or HOMA-IR (a measure of insulin resistance).

Do you replace my doctor or trainer?

No. I coordinate and simplify the plan, so the whole team pulls in one direction.

Can we keep this private?

Yes. The practice is referral-led and confidential. Public case use is anonymized.

Do you work remotely?

Yes. Baselines and follow-ups can be done virtually; in-person is optional.

Access

Referral-led and confidential.

The practice is invite-only. Share your role, goals, current team (if any), and timing. A short call sets next steps.
